something freaky happened yesterday.

i awoke in the morning from a strange dream. i had obtained a motorcycle (something that i have no desire to do) and was riding it home from work. i was on the interstate and there was an acident where another motorcyclist had crashed into a car or something. i was looking at the accident and while not paying attention to the road i had to come to a quick stop which threw myself from the motorcycle on to the road and cracked the majority of my front top teeth. they took me to the hospital where and two of my old classmates were doctors. they took my insurance info and then ended up replacing the broken teeth with foam teeth and said i'd have to go to a dentist and pay $750-$1000 for a retainer thing that looked like real teeth. i later realized i should have been wearing a helmet. the end.

now the freaky part...

later in the day (in real life, after i had awoken). i went to go say hello to one of my cats, persephone. it appeared she had something white sticking out of her mouth that looked like foam or paper or something she picked up off the ground. after taking a closer look it became apparent that it was her canine tooth sticking out of her mouth like a toothpick. i went into panick mode, rushed her to the vet, they yanked it, i payed them $30 and she is fine now.

does anyone else find it odd that i had a dream about losing my teeth and then it happened to my cat for real the same day?!
